School Counselor Grades 3-5

My name is Ms. Johnson, and I am excited about being the Slocum School Counselor for grades 3-5! I have worked in the education field for over 14 years. I look forward to working closely with students in the areas of academic, social, and emotional development. My goal as a counselor is to help students overcome barriers that may prevent them from achieving educational success. I utilize individual, small-group, and classroom guidance lessons to work toward this goal. I’m looking forward to a GREAT year!
