Jessica Molinaro Vasquez- ESL

My name is Mrs. Molinaro, and I am one of the ESL teachers at Slocum Skewes. This school year, I teach ESL for Grades 4 and 5. I have been teaching for six years, and this is my fifth year at Slocum.

I graduated from Rowan University with dual majors in Elementary Education and Literacy Studies. I also earned my certification in English as a Second Language (ESL) from Montclair State University.

I believe that students learn best in a supportive and engaging environment where they feel comfortable taking risks. My teaching style combines interactive lessons, language practice, and individualized support to help students strengthen their skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. What I enjoy most about teaching ESL is watching students grow in confidence and celebrating their achievements along the way.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
