Student Council
The Slocum Skewes Student Council is a student-elected organization dedicated to giving back to the community and enriching the lives of the students of the school. Throughout the year STCO organizes various events to help local charities and food pantries by raising money or collecting items. We also have fun events for students like hosting dances for the middle schooler and selling valentine grams. Most importantly, the Student Council is the voice of the students. Issues of concern are addressed in our meeting, and we advocate for our student population. STCO is an excellent example of democracy in action!
